Experience spiritual growth and take control of your life with our 12-week Spiritual Wellness Coaching program at Bears Essentials. Join us for weekly two-hour sessions over zoom, where we will guide you in developing your spiritual practice, providing the tools you need to heal and succeed on your own. Learn how to implement these practices with discipline into your daily routine, and start your journey towards holistic wellness today! You will have private chat program in case you need to get ahold of me outside of our zoom sessions and I will be sending you a personalized package that will include helpful items for meditations, guidance from your higher self and self healing. Every zoom session will begin with a meditation, and journal prompt to ease our way into opening ourselves, heart, body and mind. But there will be spiritual homework to keep yourself accountable during this growing journey, we will also be going over your progress in every session to check in and make sure you are showing up for you. The homework will look different every individual depending on your needs and goals, the formula is never the same for any two people. Some examples of homework would and could be, practicing the guided meditation recordings I supply you - alongside with journaling after every session. Or supplementing a self care routine where you are carving out 1 hour every day and then writing about it. Or perhaps we need to slowly practice some lifestyle changes. You can break a lot of habits in three months and gain a lot of really positive ones that will only help you to continue to flourish. By the end of this quarter end workshop, you are going to be transcendent and not exactly a new person but the truest version of yourself, the best version of yourself and you will get to know this person all over again and reacquaint yourself.
